Shipping policy

We want you to know exactly when your order will arrive and what it will cost before you check out — no surprises.

Shipping Regions

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Puerto Rico (PR)
  • U.S. military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)

Orders to these locations cannot be processed at this time. If you're unsure whether your address qualifies, email us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is included on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum order requirements and no shipping fees added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

We currently offer one shipping method: standard shipping via our fulfillment carrier. We do not offer expedited or express shipping options at this time.

How Long Will It Take?

Order processing: 1–3 business days
This includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Transit time: 6–8 business days
Once your order ships, the carrier will deliver within this window to most U.S. destinations.

Total estimated delivery time: 7–11 business days from the date of purchase.

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time — or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays — will begin processing the next business day.

Taxes

All applicable taxes are included in the product prices shown on our website. You will not be charged additional tax at checkout.

Delays and Peak Seasons

Delivery estimates are based on normal carrier operations. Delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural events
  • High carrier volume during holidays or peak seasons
  • Incorrect address information provided at checkout

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at predaos511@gmail.com and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code before confirming your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us.
