Predaos is a U.S.-based online retailer specializing in cordless electric ratchet wrenches. We focus on tools that help homeowners, car owners, and DIYers handle jobs in tight spaces — under sinks, in engine bays, behind appliances — where standard tools don't reach.
All products are listed with clear specifications, accurate descriptions, and honest pricing. No vague claims, no inflated specs.

What is a cordless electric ratchet wrench used for?
A cordless ratchet wrench drives bolts and nuts in tight spaces where a drill or impact wrench cannot fit. Common jobs include:
- Spark plugs, brake calipers, oil drain bolts
- Under-sink plumbing fittings like P-traps and supply lines
- Water heater installation
- Appliance repair (washers, dryers, dishwashers)
- Furniture, shelving, deck hardware assembly
The slim ratchet head is designed for tight spaces where clearance is limited.
What is the difference between 12V, 18V, and 21V models?
The main difference is torque output:
- 12V — ~28 Ft-lbs: light home repairs and furniture assembly
- 18V — 40 Ft-lbs: most automotive and plumbing jobs
- 21V — 60 Ft-lbs: heavy-duty and rusted fasteners
For most users, the 18V model is the most balanced option.
Can I use this wrench for brake pads?
Yes. Brake caliper bolts typically fall within the torque range of the 18V and 21V models. Always check your vehicle manual and use a torque wrench for final tightening on safety-critical parts.
Is this wrench good for under-sink plumbing?
Yes. The compact head fits under most sinks, and the variable speed trigger helps prevent overtightening plastic fittings. Start slowly and increase control as needed.
What sockets are compatible?
All tools use a 3/8-inch square drive and are compatible with any standard 3/8" drive sockets (metric or SAE). Kits include 7 sockets. You can also use any existing compatible sockets.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge provides about 45–60 minutes of continuous use. Most real-world tasks are intermittent, so a full project typically runs on a single charge.
Each kit includes two batteries and a charger.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept online payments via trusted third-party payment processors (such as PayPal or equivalent services).
We do not store or have access to your card details. Prices shown at checkout are final with no hidden fees.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 24 hours at predaos511@gmail.com. If the order has not shipped, we can cancel or update it and issue a full refund.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only.
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit: 5–6 business days
- Total delivery: 6–9 business days
Tracking is provided after shipment.
How much is shipping?
- Orders $49+: Free shipping
- Orders under $49+: $8 flat rate
Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Defective or wrong item: return shipping covered + full refund
- Personal reasons: customer pays return shipping, original shipping is non-refundable
Do not send items back without receiving the correct return address first.
How long does a refund take?
- Processing: 1–3 business days after inspection
- Bank/PayPal posting: 3–5 additional business days
Do you offer exchanges?
No direct exchanges. Return and repurchase the correct item instead.
Do products come with warranty?
Yes. All products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Not covered: drops, misuse, or normal wear.
