Warranty Policy
Every product sold on Predaos comes with a written warranty. This page explains exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how to get help if something goes wrong with your tool.
1. What Is Covered
All cordless electric ratchet wrenches purchased from our store are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Motor failure or reduced performance not caused by misuse
- Switch or trigger malfunction
- Gear or ratchet mechanism failure under normal use
- Any other defect that affects the tool's core function
If your product qualifies, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products bought directly through our official store.
2. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from drops, impacts, water exposure, or misuse
- Normal wear over time (battery degradation, surface scratches, grip wear)
- Damage caused by incompatible chargers, batteries, or accessories
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

3. Batteries and Chargers
Batteries and chargers included in the kit are covered under the same 12-month warranty only for manufacturing defects, such as:
- Battery not holding charge from the beginning
- Charger failure under normal use
Battery degradation over time due to normal charge cycles is considered wear and is not covered.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at predaos511@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or short video showing the defect (if available)
Once we review your claim, we'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. This may include a replacement, repair, or return instructions depending on the situation. We will always confirm details before you ship anything back.
