Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying from Predaos. If something isn't right with your order, this page explains exactly what to do and what to expect — no vague language, no runaround.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In its original condition — unused or only briefly tested
  • Free from stains, scratches, visible use marks, or physical damage caused after delivery
  • Returned with all original accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging

If a product shows clear signs of use beyond basic function testing, it will be assessed as used. In that case, a partial refund may apply or the return may not be accepted — unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping

We cover return shipping if:

  • The product arrived defective or damaged
  • We sent the wrong item

In these cases, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll provide the correct return warehouse address. Ship the item back using a trackable method and send us the shipping receipt — we'll refund the full order amount plus your return shipping cost back to your original payment method.

You cover return shipping if:

  • You no longer need the product
  • You ordered the wrong item or model
  • You changed your mind for any personal reason

In these cases, return shipping is your responsibility. Please note that the original shipping fee (if any was charged on your order) is non-refundable.

3. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email us at predaos511@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Step 2: Wait for our reply. We'll confirm whether your return is approved and provide the correct return warehouse address. Do not ship the package back without contacting us first — if a return is sent to the wrong address and is lost, we're unable to process a refund.

Step 3: Ship the item using a trackable carrier and keep your shipping receipt.

Step 4: Once the warehouse receives and inspects your return, we'll process your refund within 1–3 business days. The refund will appear in your original payment account within 3–5 additional business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Refund Details

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method only
  • For defective or incorrect items: full order amount + return shipping reimbursed
  • For personal-reason returns: product amount refunded, original shipping fee not included
  • Refund processing begins within 1–3 business days of warehouse inspection
  • Allow 3–5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account

5. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, model, or color, the simplest path is:

  • Request a return for your current order (if eligible)
  • Place a new order for the correct product

This way you're not waiting on a swap — your new order ships independently.

6. Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours of placing your order: Contact us as soon as possible at predaos511@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

After your order has shipped: We're unable to cancel or redirect the shipment. Once you receive the package, you're welcome to start a return following the steps above.

We process cancellation requests Monday through Friday. If you write over the weekend, we'll respond the next business day — so for time-sensitive cancellations, please email us as early as possible.
